D.O.A. POLICY
Up to 15 days from our invoice date, any DIGITAL product received from us that
is found to be defective will be replaced by us provided that the return
procedures described are followed accordingly.
RETURN PROCEDURES
To ensure the proper handling of defective merchandise, you must
obtain a Return Authorization (RA) by calling 1-866-723-4249 Ext. 701, before
returning merchandise to RADII OFFICE. To obtain an RA, we will require the
following information.
- Manufacturer of Product
- Model or Part Number
- Description of Problem
- Serial Number
- RADII OFFICE PRODUCTS Invoice Number
- RADII OFFICE PRODUCTS Invoice Date
Upon receipt of this information we will issue an RA Number. The RA Number
should be clearly displayed on all carton(s) returned. All returned merchandise
must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and include all documentation,
manuals, cables, etc. Shipment of returned merchandise should be freight-prepaid
and will be returned F.O.B. our dock. Any shipments that are returned freight-collect-C.O.D.
will be refused.
